1.How do I register?

You can register by clicking on the “My Account” link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears. You can review the terms and conditions, provide your payment mode details and submit the registration information.

2.Do I have to necessarily register on Sunojee.com to start shopping?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

3.Can I have multiple registration?
Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with only one account.

4.What is My Account?
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Sunojee.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

5.What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on Sunojee.com using the following modes of payment:

6.How the vegetables & fruits is weighed?
vegetables & fruits weight will be exact or greater than the weight shown. We do not charge any extra for money for higher in weight than the weight shown in the website/app.

7.Is there any extra shipping charges?
shipping charge of Rs.25 will be added on all oders below Rs.150

8.What is the system of delivery in Sunojee.com?
We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel operating across the city which ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

9.Can I place my order over phone?
Yes, you can call our customer support desk at 
+91-7088-799-42 & place your order.

10.How do I change my shipping address?
First you have to login, then go to My Account section, then click on Addresses, then click on shipping address, then go to change address, add new address & save it. Make this your new default address.
And this shipping address can also be changed at the time of check out.

11.Can I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

12.Are there any other charges/taxes in addition to the price shown?
No, there are no other charges/taxes over the price shown at the website/app.

13.Got Wrong/Incomplete Order, What Can I do?
Call us immediately. We, do our best to make sure every order goes smoothly, but unfortunately sometimes one of us slips up. When this happens we want to know about it right away so we can either compensate or take immediate action possible.

14.Can I Add Special Request For My Order?
Yes, you can add a note at the time of order but it’s up to us if we can fill it or not.
